after-filming blog

this is our after filming video blog. we filmed this straight after our interorgation scene as we are all in out costume. this was a good filimg day as we got the whole scene filmed in one sitting and it all worked out very well

pre-filming blog

this is a short video blog of the actors before we started shooting the interrogation scene. we also filmed this in one whole evening to keep the lighting the same

My character- Agent Sinclair

this is my character agent sinclair. this is a profile shot of magent sinclair to show what kind of character he is to the audience. the photo shows agent sinclar as a strong bold character as he is in a powerful stance and holding a weapon. The suit also suggests that agent sinclair is an upper classe james bond type agent.

The cast at filming earlier today

this the cast of our interrogation scene we have dominic cowley  super villains'  main side kick. keiran  hosking is in the middle acting as the main super villain. jack nunn on the right acting as one of the side kicks but he was the camera man within this whole scene

Main gun prop used by agent Sinclair

this was the gun used in the interrogation scene. this is a gas powered bb gun owened by my dad, he let us use it as the gun looks very realistic and could be easily be passed off as a real gun. unfortunately we didn't have another gun so we had to used this gun for other characters and use different objects as weapons as the hammer used by dom and a knife used by keiran

Filming day

We did our opening scene and the ending scene today at my house. We used my shed as the interrogation scene as it had a good size and looked very threatening.

Planning Targets

Based on your blog, as it stands, its hard to say you're an expert on your genre - so research titles and music and a couple more openings, make a post about famous directors and their achievements maybe. As far as planning is concerned, there's a bit more to be done: storyboard, script, photos of props and costumes and timeline of filming needs to be up - should be up now. You need to make your own titles and music - this should really be done already! Everything must be filmed and in a timeline before we break up - and research and planning must be finished. Video-blog setting up shots and take me on a journey with you when you're filming - I want to be behind the scenes!

institution research

This is one of the main movie producers that produce action movies like ours such as , transformers, star trek, Indiana Jones and G.I Joe.
Intel
INTEL  Intel
INTEL  Intel
INTEL     Intel
INTEL
INTEL Intel
INTEL Intel
INTEL Intel
INTEL Intel
INTEL Intel

these are the different title that i found on word that i thought will look best with our movie name. we are still not sure what we are calling our movie yet but we had a discussion that intel is a decent name as in the opening two minutes the main character is carrying a laptop bag which is acting as the 'intel'. The title i have highlighted in red is the one i think that is best and that it looks big and bold and seems as it will capture peoples attention.

The two titles i have highlighted in blue is my second choice as they look alot more computer like and will link in with the the name of the movie. The reason they are second is that i don't want the movie to look like a sci-fi movie misleading our viewers.

our preliminary task

our preliminary task could be better, the match on match action was very poor and low standard but we tried our best to make it work. we lost a vital scenes when jack reached for the door and it was too late to film another one ,we had to work with what we had. we used effects from adobe to improve/peice together the scene. on the brighter side we made sure to used the 180 rule and shot reverse shot.

Mood board ideas

1. We will be using our moped for the chase scene, its a small mode of transport that can make the main character seem in more vulnerable as he isnt in a fast flashy car with secret weapons to protect himaelf in. the moped will also look very good whem we add a power slide. the stunt will make our opeing two minutes seem more exciting.

2. In our movie there will be alot of shooting guns, we need to find fake guns that are black to look professional, we will prefer black assault rifles but they will be very hard to find. we will need to find fake blood for people getting shot.

3. Our idea of a swinging light in the interrogation room will add suspense and make the room seem more eary.

4. The suit will be the main characters costume. we want the main character to look professional like in James bond (seen in picture 9) this will make our movie seem more professional as we are going with the successful idea used by the James bond movies.

5. Intel is idea for our movie name. the opening two minutes will be around the main character receiving Intel and protecting this Intel. no one knows what the intel is but this will make the audience want to watch more as they want to know what is the intel and how does he get it.

6.  Our idea of the silhouette of the main character escaping. we thought this would be a good opening 2 minutes ending. but we are not sure if we will use it yet as it may be better if we leave it on a cliff hanger.

7. This is our ideal interrogation room, the scene and the general layout will fit perfectly with out movie idea. we want the main character to be surrounded by thugs and obviously in alot of danger.

8. Number 8 is fight scene. we want some sort of fight/shooting scene in the opening two minutes to excite the viewer and make it appeal to our target audience.

9. James bond is our movie idol. we want our opening scene to follow James bonds movie ideas. we like the idea of James in a suit and the fast chase scenes and James getting out of impossible situations.

10. Ten is a picture of our location (epsom downs) we picked epsom downs as a movie location as it has a long quiet(ish) road running up to the top that has a gravel car park where i can perform the power slide stunt and film the extraction scene.

11.  Picture 11 is basically the exact same as picture 10 just it is a birds eye view from Google maps to show the whole location of the shooting and what area surrounds it.

Camera solution

to film our film we have been given cameras provided by our school. although the camera does its job and we know it works on the computer, we wanted something better quality. we wanted to use my iphone  but we werent sure if the software would work with my phone. i have just brought my adapter in and did a test video, we now know that we can upload videos on the computer so using the iphone is possible.

Genre reasearch-romance

romantic have common story line, such as beutiful girl who is unbelivibly out of the main characters leauge but they be together through date and they under go different challenges that will test their relationship, this tends to be the male side of the story. on the female side of the story it tends to be a lady who has been single for a long time the do this to relate to peo-ple vewiing the movie. In almost every romace moive the two characters end up having a wedding or some sort of celebratrion.

the location of a classic romance would be somewhere excotic and romanic or a city based location such as london or new york or even paris.

Location research

For our movie location we will need an open calm road for the moped case scene to be filmed. We will also need an empty car park near that road so we can film the power slide scene. My first initial idea was to do it at epsoms downs as it has a calm road leading up to a gravel car park which will make it easier to power slide. The open area of the downs will also provide a decent shoot out scene.

For the integration scene we will need to use a garage or some sort of empty dull room with a hanging light. My garage could be used as it had a hanging light and it is the right size but it will need a decent clew out for the scene to look realistic
